Our Custom Solid Earplugs are designed for situations where maximum noise blocking and a secure fit are essential. Made from firm 40 Shore biocompatible silicone, these earplugs provide strong acoustic isolation while remaining comfortable for long-term wear.

Perfect for loud environments, workplace use, or personal protection, each pair is custom-moulded to the unique shape of your ears. This ensures a snug fit that stays in place even during physical activity or extended use.

You can choose between two styles:
• Canal Style – discreet and low-profile, ideal under helmets or earmuffs
• Full Shell Style – offers more grip and slightly more noise reduction

For added functionality, you can select optional cords for easy removal or handles for a better grip. These features make them a great choice for industrial settings or frequent daily use.

Available in clear or with a variety of glitter colour options, so you can choose a look that’s subtle or more expressive.

Once we receive your impressions our current lead times are an estimate of 1-2 weeks

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

Due to our earplugs being custom made, we are unable to accept returns, unless due to manufacturing defects.

 

We offer a 30 day fit guarantee on all orders, to ensure your earplugs fit you comfortably

WHAT IF THEY DON'T FIT CORRECTLY?

If your earplugs don't fit correctly, please reach out to us within 30 days and we will make adjustments to the earplugs free of charge.
