Utilize our intuitive 3D builder tool to customize your earplugs to your exact specifications. Choose your preferred options and design features to create earplugs uniquely tailored for you.

Visit Your Audiologist

After placing your order, schedule an appointment with a local audiologist for your ear impressions. If you need help finding an audiologist, please reach out to us at sales@aquashields.co.uk.

Fees for impressions are typically £30 to £50.

Package Your Impressions and Send Them To Us

Carefully package your impressions according to our requirements outlined in the Impressions Requirement Guide.

Manufacturing

Once we receive your impressions, we’ll begin manufacturing your custom earplugs. Our standard lead time is 1-2 weeks from the day we receive your impressions.

Fast-track service is available at an additional cost.

Quality and Shipping

After manufacturing, we meticulously inspect each pair to ensure they meet our quality standards.

Once your earplugs pass our quality checks, they will be shipped directly to you.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

Due to our earplugs being custom made, we are unable to accept returns, unless due to manufacturing defects.

We offer a 30 day fit guarantee on all orders, to ensure your earplugs fit you comfortably

WHAT IF THEY DON'T FIT CORRECTLY?

If your earplugs don't fit correctly, please reach out to us within 30 days and we will make adjustments to the earplugs free of charge.
