30-Day Fit Guarantee: We want your custom earplugs to fit perfectly. If your earplugs don’t fit comfortably within 30 days of receiving them, we’ll remake them for you at no extra cost. Just contact us, and we’ll guide you through the quick and easy remake process.

Once we receive your impressions our current lead times are an estimate of 1-2 weeks

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

Due to our earplugs being custom made, we are unable to accept returns, unless due to manufacturing defects.

 

We offer a 30 day fit guarantee on all orders, to ensure your earplugs fit you comfortably

WHAT IF THEY DON'T FIT CORRECTLY?

If your earplugs don't fit correctly, please reach out to us within 30 days and we will make adjustments to the earplugs free of charge.
