Use our distributors page to find an audiologist near you to produce you a set of ear impressions

03. 3D Scanning

We use state-of-the-art 3D scanning technology to produce accurate 3D scans of your ear impressions.

04. 3D Modelling

Using 3D modelling software, our technician sculpts your impressions into your earplugs.

05. 3D Printing

Using our 3D Printer we produce casts of your earplugs, ready to be filled with silicone!

06. Post-Processing

We hand-finish the shape and apply a coat of lacquer to the earplugs

07. Quality Control

Once your ear plugs have been made we check over each one to ensure that they meet our quality standards

08. Shipping

Finally, We carefully package your new earplugs and ship your earplug directly to you!

HOW LONG WILL THEY TAKE TO ARRIVE?

Once we receive your impressions our current lead times are an estimate of 1-2 weeks

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

Due to our earplugs being custom made, we are unable to accept returns, unless due to manufacturing defects.

We offer a 30 day fit guarantee on all orders, to ensure your earplugs fit you comfortably

WHAT IF THEY DON'T FIT CORRECTLY?

If your earplugs don't fit correctly, please reach out to us within 30 days and we will make adjustments to the earplugs free of charge.
