At AquaShields, we strive to ensure that your order reaches you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Below, you'll find important information regarding our shipping methods, delivery times, and policies.

Shipping Methods

We offer the following shipping options:

• Domestic Shipping (UK):
  • Standard Shipping via Evri (2-3 business days)
  • Express Shipping via Evri (1-2 business days)
• International Shipping:
  • Royal Mail for shipments to the EU and North America.

Processing Times

Please note that all our products are custom-made, and processing times can vary.

• Processing Time: 1-14 business days. This is due to the need for receiving ear impressions and the manufacturing lead time. We work hard to get your custom earplugs made to perfection and shipped as soon as possible.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the shipping method selected and the destination of your order.

Order Tracking

All orders are shipped with tracking. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor the progress of your shipment.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, customs, duties, and taxes may apply. AquaShields is not responsible for these charges. It is the customer's responsibility to cover any additional fees imposed by the destination country.

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout, as we cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

We understand how important it is to receive your order in perfect condition. In the rare event that your package is lost or damaged during shipping, we offer a replacement for the item at no additional cost. Returns and Guarantees

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns on custom-made earplugs. However, we offer the following guarantees:

• 30-Day Fit Guarantee: If your custom earplugs do not fit as expected, we will work with you to adjust them for a better fit within 30 days of delivery.
• 1-Year Warranty: We provide a 1-year warranty for manufacturing defects. All claims will be subject to an internal investigation.
